Metal roofing systems are some of the most popular commercial roofing choices. Most commonly made from steel or aluminum, this type of roofing system is high performance, durable and long-lasting. Metal roofing consists of overlapping metal panels that are fastened to open framing or a solid substrate. We offer several types of metal roofing with differently shaped panels and/or fastenings. Metal roofing is recommended for low to steep sloped roofs, but is ill-suited for flat roofs.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a single-ply roofing membrane used on commercial or industrial roofs. It is applied over existing roof materials for eco-friendly restoration. This system is durable and has a waterproof coating, perfect for flat and low-slope roofs. It is made of highly reflective material that keeps buildings cooler and reduces energy consumption. And best of all, it is low maintenance.

Asphalt Shingles

Asphalt is the most common roofing material for steep slope roofs. Affordable and easily replaced, asphalt is easy to install, repair, and maintain. This choice also allows for customization as shingles come in a variety of colors and textures to fit any establishment.

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is a single-ply roofing membrane used on commercial or industrial roofs. Ideal for flat and low-slope roofs, it is cost effective with great performance. The heat-welded seams used with TPO are more durable than taped or other types of seams. Heat and UV resistant, TPO’s reflective coating reduces energy consumption.

Sprayed Polyurethane Foam

Sprayed over an existing roof, sprayed polyurethane foam starts out as a liquid and expands into a foam layer utilized for roofing restoration. It provides a seamless look with an even foam coating between 1-1.5 inches thick. The foam sticks to most materials, making it an ideal choice for any roof slope. Foam provides insulation for the structure, making it energy efficient. Leak-resistant, durable and environmentally friendly- it is difficult to damage and produces no waste. The process is finished with a protective silicone coating on top of the foam for durability.

Modified Bitumen

Made from asphalt, Modified Bitumen roofing is a multi-layered and durable material. This selection is extremely tear-resistant and waterproof. Recommended for low-slope roofs, it is energy efficient as it reflects sunlight and releases already-absorbed heat. Additionally, it is flexible and easy to repair and maintain.
